Born in South Korea and raised across several cities in Germany, KIM’s eclectic upbringing mirrors the versatility of her sets — genre-fluid, boundary-pushing, and anything but predictable.

After stepping away from law school just shy of graduation, she dove headfirst into music — and hasn’t looked back. Since then, she’s become one of the most exciting new forces in Europe’s club scene, with high-impact sets at Boiler Room, RSO, HÖR, Watergate, and more.

2025 is shaping up to be a breakthrough year. She kicked things off with a South Africa tour, lighting up renowned clubs like Modular (Cape Town) and &Club (Johannesburg). Since then, she’s been holding it down on some of Europe’s most respected dance floors — from Mondo Disko (Madrid) to Radion and Thuishaven (Amsterdam), Kilometre25 (Paris), and beyond.

KIM SWIM also continues to push forward as a producer. Her recent collaboration with ANDATA, “Floor Is Lava”, is a bass-heavy, high-BPM floor weapon, further solidifying her genre-defying sound. Alongside tracks like “Hands Up High” and her release on Hot Meal Records called „ISSA VIBE“, she’s proven she’s not just a DJ — she’s a visionary in the booth and the studio.

Sharing festival stages and lineups with industry heavyweights like Kettama, Partiboi69, Malugi, Gigola, and many more, KIM SWIM is reaching new levels. After rocking Monegros Desert Festival recently, she’s set for Mysteryland, Electric Love, Deichbrand, Teletech, and more in 2025. Her sound?
